摘　　要：为了弥补财务绩效分析方法在企业资本运营中的缺陷,文章选用多元调节归纳模型对样本企业财务数据进行抽样估计研究,分析资本运营绩效与营运资本管理之间的联系,探讨企业资本运营绩效在企业资本结构中的影响。In order to remedy the defects in the financial performance analysis method of the enterprise capital operation, this paper uses multivariate regulation induction model to sample enterprise financial data for empirical estimation and research, to discuss the relation between capital operation performance and the operational capital management, and to probe into the influence of enterprise capital operation performance in the capital structure.
