摘 要:虚拟发电厂(Virtual Power Plant,VPP)作为大量分布式电源(Distributed Generation,DG)接入配电网的有效途径,因其供需系统的复杂性和不确定性,给VPP运营决策带来诸多不便.本文在多阶段规划框架下,运用场景削减技术并通过区间数来处理模型中的参数不确定性问题,建立适用于VPP运营决策的区间优化模型.结果表明,该方法一方面能处理VPP中DG出力不确定问题,另一方面能够反映规划周期内供用电资源配置的动态决策过程,并对预先制定的运营决策进行实时变更优化,以此来减少VPP不能满足用户供电的经济惩罚和增加VPP的净收益.Virtual power plant (VPP) is an effective way to accommodate a large number of distributed generation (DG) integration in distribution networks.Because of the complexity and uncertainty of supply and demand system,VPP brings many inconveniences to VPP operation decision-making.In the framework of multi-stage planning,the problem of parameter uncertainty in the model is dealt with by using the scene reduction technique and the interval number,and the interval optimization model suitable for VPP operation decision-making is established.The results show that this method can deal with the uncertainty of DG output in VPP on one hand and on the other hand it can reflect the dynamic decision-making process of resource allocation in the planning period and optimize the pre-determined operational decision in real time,and therefore it can reduce the economic punishment caused by the dissatisfaction of the customers and increase the net benefits.
