摘　　要：教育对外开放是国家对外开放的重要组成部分,是国家战略与对外政策的外延。为此,我国教育对外开放应主动适应新时期"一带一路"国家新战略的要求,深刻认识"一带一路"倡议的科学内涵,充分利用"一带一路"建设提供的大契机,构建教育对外开放新模式,即从"内向型"向"外生型"转变,主动承担起推动和引领世界教育发展的重任,为世界教育发展贡献中国智慧,开启我国教育对外开放新征程。The opening up of China＇s education is regarded as an important part of China＇s opening-up and as an extension of the national strategy and foreign policy. Therefore, the opening up of China＇s education should actively adapt to the requirements of China＇s ＂One Belt and One Roald＂ strategy in the new era, deeply understand the meaning of ＂One Belt and One Road＂, utilize the opportunity of ＂One Belt and One Road＂ construction, establish a new mode of education, which means transforming the ＂inside-oriented＂ to ＂outside- oriented＂, shoulder the responsibility of promoting and leading the developments in the world education, contribute China＇s wisdom to the world education, and open a new journey in China＇s education opening-up.
