摘　　要：随着互联网在商业领域的不断渗透,电子商务对实体经济的影响越来越显著,但目前社会各界对实体经济与电子商务的概念界定及分类仍然很模糊。实体经济与电子商务具有多种存在形式,电子商务对实体经济的影响具有多维度特点。基于马克思政治经济学的资本流通理论框架,首先对实体经济、电子商务的概念进行了界定和分类,然后针对电子商务对实体经济的影响进行了多维度探讨,以期为规范、协调电子商务与实体经济行为及政府制定相关法律法规和政策制度提供参考。With the penetration of intemet in commercial field, the impact of e-commerce on real economy is more and more significant, but the definition and classification of real economy and e-commerce by all sectors of the community are still ambiguous. Real Economy and e-commerce have multiple forms, and the impact of e-commerce on real economy is diversified. Based on capital circulation theory framework of Marxist political economy, this paper first determines and classifies the definition of real economy and e-commerce, and then discusses the impact of e-commerce on real economy with multiple diversification, and hopes to regulate and coordinate the behavior of e-commerce and real economy, and provides references for government to make related laws and regulations.
