摘  要:比较并分析织物组织、厚度、经纬密和紧度对纺织品的紫外线透过率和紫外线防护系数(UPF值)的影响。结果表明:在其他参数接近的情况下,斜纹织物的抗紫外线性能优于平纹织物,平纹织物又优于平纹地提花组织织物;织物越厚,其紫外线透过率越小,抗紫外线性能越好;随着织物经纬密和紧度增加,其紫外线透过率减小,UPF值增加,抗紫外线性能提高。The influences of weave structure,thickness,warp density,weft density and tightness of fabric on the transmittance of ultraviolet and the ultraviolet protection factor( UPF value) of textiles were compared and analyzed. The results showed that,in the case of the closeness of other parameters,the resistance to ultraviolet of twill fabrics was better than that of plain fabrics,while the resistance to ultraviolet of plain fabrics was better than that of plain jacquard fabrics; the thicker the fabric was,the smaller the transmittance of ultraviolet of the fabric was,and the better the resistance to ultraviolet of the fabric was. With the increasing of warp density,weft density and tightness of fabrics,the transmittance of ultraviolet of the fabric decreased,the UPF value of the fabric increased,and the resistance to ultraviolet of the fabric improved.
