摘 要:为研究聚烯烃(POE)弹性纤维的耐化学性能,使用武汉纺织大学自制研究的39 dtex POE弹力丝,测试经150 kGy辐照处理前后的POE弹力丝的力学性能及耐化学性能,并与传统弹性纤维——氨纶进行对比分析。结果表明,POE弹性纤维在强酸、强碱及氯漂条件下都能保持相对稳定的性能,具有良好的弹性回复性和优异的耐化学性能。In order to research the chemical resistance of polyolefin( POE) elastic fibers,39 dtex stretch POE yarns self-made by Wuhan Textile University were used. The mechanical properties and chemical resistance of the stretch POE yarns before and after 150 kGy irradiation treatment were tested,and the comparative analysis was done with those of the traditional elastic fibers,spandex.The results showed that the POE elastic fibers could keep relatively stable performance under the condition of strong acid,strong alkali and chlorine bleaching,and had good elastic resilience and excellent chemical resistance.
