摘　　要：目的:探讨术前适应性训练在舌癌患者术后快速康复中的应用方法及效果。方法:将60例舌癌手术患者随机分为对照组和观察组各30例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组在此基础上应用术前适应性训练进行快速康复,比较两组护理效果。结果:两组术前训练效果及术后住院时间、术后住院费用比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:术前适应性训练可有效促进舌癌患者术后快速康复,缩短术后住院时间,降低术后住院费用。Objective： To investigate the application effects of preoperative adaptive training in rapid rehabilitation of tongue cancer patients. Methods： A total of 60 cases of tongue cancer patients were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group was treated with preoperative adaptive training for rapid rehabilitation,and the effects of the two groups of nursing were compared. Results： There were significant differences between the two groups in preoperative training effect,postoperative hospital stay and postoperative hospitalization expenses（P〈0. 05）. Conclusion： Preoperative adaptive training can effectively promote the rapid rehabilitation of patients with tongue cancer,shorten the length of stay and reduce the cost of postoperative hospitalization.
