摘  要:目的:探讨回馈教育对增殖型糖尿病视网膜病变(PDR)患者术后健康素养、自护能力及生活质量的影响。方法:将80例PDR术后患者按照随机数字表分为实验组和对照组各40例,对照组给予常规健康教育,实验组给予回馈教育;两组于干预前及干预后3个月采用慢性病病人健康素养调查量表(He LMS)、自护能力测量量表(ESCA)、视功能损害眼病患者生存质量量表评定患者的健康素养、自护能力及生活质量状况。结果:干预后3个月,实验组健康素养总分、信息获取能力得分、交流互动能力得分、改善健康意愿得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后实验组自我护理技能、自护责任感、自我概念、健康知识水平得分均明显高于对照组(P<0.01)。干预后实验组生活质量总分与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:回馈教育能显著改善PDR术后患者的健康素养和自护能力,对患者术后的生活质量起到积极的正性作用,且方法简便易行,值得临床应用推广。Objective:To investigate effects of the feedback education on the quality of life, self-care ability and health literacy of pa- tients with proliferative diabetic retinopathy(PDR) after the surgery. Methods:A total of 80 patients with PDR were divided into the experi- mental group and the control group according to the random number table, each with 40 cases. The control group received routine health ed- ucation, while the experimental group received feedback education. Before the intervention and 3 months after the intervention, two groups were investigated by chronic disease health literacy questionnaire( HELMS), self-care ability scale( ESCA), visual impairment patients sur- vival quality scale to evaluate health literacy, self-care ability and life quality. Results:3 months after the intervention, the total score of health literacy, the score of information accessability, the score of interaction ability and the score of improving health wish of the experi- mental group were significantly higher than those of the control group( P 〈 0.01 ). After the intervention, the experimental group scores of self-care skills, self-responsibility, self-concept and health knowledge were significantly higher than those in the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). After the intervention, the total quality of life in the experimental group was significantly different from that in the control group. Conclu- sion :The feedback education can improve health literacy and self-care ability of patients with PDR after surgery ,have positive effects on the quality of life of patients after operation, and the method is easy and feasible to be worthy of clinical application.
