摘 要:目的 探讨单操作孔电视胸腔镜技术在肺感染性疾病手术治疗中的临床效果。方法 选取我院2016年2月~2017年2月收治的肺感染患者60例,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,各30例。给予对照组患者多操作孔电视胸腔镜技术,给予实验组单操作孔电视胸腔镜技术。观察两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后24 h胸液量、术后第1天PCT水平、术后住院时间、术后疼痛以及并发症发生情况。结果 所有患者均手术顺利,无围术期死亡患者。两组的手术时间、术中出血量、术后并发症发生率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。实验组与对照组的术后24 h胸液量、术后住院时间、术后留置引流管时间、术后第3天疼痛评分、术后第1天PCT水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 单操作孔电视胸腔镜技术在手术治疗肺感染性疾病时,可以达到与多操作孔电视胸腔镜技术相同的临床效果和安全性,具有可行性,为该类疾病的手术方式选择提供了新的选择。Objective To explore the clinical effect of single port video-assisted thoracic surgery (VATS) in the surgical treatment of pulmonary infections diseases.Methods Sixty patients with pulmonary infection admitted into our hospital from February 2016 to February 2017 were selected and divided into experimental group (n=30) and control group (n=30). In the control group,multi-port VATS was used,while in the experimental group,single port VATS was adopted.The sur- gical time,intraoperative amount of bleeding,amount of pleural fluid of 24 h after surgery,hospital stay,postoperative pain,and incidence of complications were observed in the two groups.Results In the experimental group,the surgical time and hospital stay were shorter compared with those in the control group.The intraoperative amount of bleeding and amount of pleural fluid of 24 h after surgery were less than those in the control group.The pain degree of incision was lower than that in the control group.PCT level after surgery in the experimental group was greatly lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05).The incidence rate of complications in the experimental group was lower in comparison with that in the control group (P〈0.OS).Conclusion For patients with pulmonary infectious diseases,application of single port VATS has higher safety,and it can reduce the incidence of complications,and alleviates patients' suffereing,and improves the overall therapeutic effect.
