摘　　要：目的探究综合护理干预在子宫内膜癌患者护理中的效果。方法选取2014年10月~2016年10月我科30例子宫内膜癌患者,采用随机抽签分类法将其分为对照组与观察组,各15例。对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用综合护理干预,比较两组患者的护理满意度、焦虑抑郁水平、生活质量。结果观察组患者护理满意度高于对照组,HAMA、HAMD评分低于对照组,生活质量各指标评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对子宫内膜癌患者开展综合护理干预措施,患者的生活质量改善显著,护理满意度有所提高,心理状况改善较好,值得临床推广。Objectlve To explore the efficacy of comprehensive nursing intervention in nursing patients with endometrial carcinoma.Methods 30 patients with endometrial carcinoma from October 2014 to October 2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 15 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing intervention.The nursing satis- faction,the levels of anxiety and depression,the quality of life were compared between two groups.Results Tl^e nursing satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the scores of HAMA,HAMD were lower than those in the control group,the quality of life was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statisti cally significant （P〈O.05）.Conelusion Comprehensive nursing care intervention is carried out in patients with endometrial carcinoma.The quality of life of patients is improved obviously, the nursing satisfaction is improved, the psychological condition is improved and it is worthy of clinical application.
