摘 要:以碳纳米管为载体,采用等体积浸渍法制备CuCoCe/CNTs催化剂,并对活性金属组分Cu/Co的质量比进行适当调节,考察了这种调变对催化剂催化合成气制低碳醇性能的影响。实验结果表明,当Cu/Co质量比为2时,CuCoCe/CNTs的低碳醇时空收率最高,达到783.72mg·g^(-1)·h^(-1),选择性42.46%,同时,醇产物中甲醇选择性降到最低,仅有17.29%.研究表明,Cu/Co质量比为2时,催化剂的活性金属颗粒呈现出较好的晶型结构和高度分散性,且具有更好的氧化还原性能,使催化剂具有较高的催化活性和低碳醇选择性。A series of CuCoCe/CNTs catalysts with different Cu/Co mass ratio were prepared by co-impregnation method to study the influence of the adjustment of Cu/Co mass ratio on the catalystic performance of the catalysts for higher alcohols synthesis from syngas.The catalyst showed highest space-time yield(783.72 mg·g^(-1)·h^(-1))and selectivity of higher alcohols(42.46%)while the selectivity of methanol in alcohol distribution was only 17.29% when the mass ratio of Cu/Co was 2.Our research results show that the catalyst with Cu/Co wass ratio 2 had better crystal structure and dispersion of active metal particles and oxidation-reduction ability.Meantime,the carbon nanotube support had excellent confinement effect.All these characteristic made the catalytic activity improved significantly.
