摘 要:以喹啉为碳源,采用序批式摇瓶研究了初始N源含量对喹啉反硝化降解特性的影响。结果表明:当初始喹啉质量浓度为400mg/L,初始NO_3^--N质量浓度分别为500,333.33,250,125,62.5mg/L时,喹啉和NO_3^--N降解均符合零级反应动力学。高初始NO_3^--N质量浓度对喹啉降解影响较大,而对NO_3^--N降解影响较小;低初始NO_3^--N质量浓度对喹啉降解影响较小,而对NO_3^--N降解影响较大。初始NO_3^--N质量浓度为250mg/L时,喹啉和NO_3^--N均能以较高速率进行降解,且在反应终点,C源和N源可以得到同时去除。因此,在初始喹啉质量浓度为400mg/L时,较合理的初始N源质量浓度为250mg/L.In batch cultures,the effect of initial nitrate concentration on the denitrifying degradation properties of quinoline was investigated.The results show that degradation of both quinoline and nitrate conformed to zero order kinetic reaction while initial nitrate concentration was400mg/L and initial nitrate concentration was 500,333.33,250,125,62.5mg/L separately.High initial nitrate concentration affected degradation of quinoline a lot,whileit had a little influence on nitrate reduction;On the contrary,low initial nitrate concentration imparted little impact on degradation of quinoline but had a large effect on nitrate reduction.Both quinoline degradation and nitrate reduction kept at relatively high rates and both C source and N source were removed when initial nitrate concentration was 250 mg/L.Thus,the appropriate initial nitrate concentration is 250mg/L as the initial quinoline concentration is 400mg/L.
