摘  要:基于ANSYS Workbench软件建立盘式制动器刚柔耦合模型,对其进行瞬态动力学仿真分析,得到了筒体、弹簧座以及调整螺母在实际工况下受力情况。比较筒体、弹簧座、调整螺母的受力与弹簧力的大小关系可以得出:在松闸工况时,弹簧座的受力情况能够更好地表征正压力变化情况;抱闸工况时,调整螺母的受力情况更能够表征正压力的变化情况,分析结果为实时获取盘式制动器正压力提供了一种新方法。ANSYS Workbench software is used to establish the rigid-flexible coupling model of disc brakes.The transient dynamic simulation is carried out,and the force of the cylinder,spring seat and adjusting nut under actual working condition is obtained.Comparison of the force of cylinder,spring seat and adjusting nut with the spring force can couclude:in the loose gate conditions,the force situation of spring seat can better characterize the positive pressure changes;The force of adjusting nut is more able to characterize the change of the positive pressure in braking conditions.The analysis results provide a new method for obtaining the positive pressure of the disc brake in real time.
