不同曝光方式下行导管射频消融治疗阵发性室上性心动过速的疗效及安全性比较

摘　　要：目的对比Ensite Velocity三维电解剖标测系统零X线曝光与常规X线曝光下行导管射频消融术(RFCA)治疗阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)的疗效及安全性。方法利用选取法选取该院2014-2016年100例行RFCA治疗的PSVT患者,并将其分为对照组(常规X线曝光)和观察组(三维电解剖标测系统零X线曝光),各50例,分析两组手术时间、X线曝光时间、并发症率、即时和随访成功率。结果两组手术时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但观察组X线曝光时间[(0.46±0.14)min]较对照组[(13.87±4.03)min]明显下降,并发症率(0)亦明显低于对照组(8.00%);即时成功率(98.00%)明显高于对照组(84.00%),随访成功率(94.00%)亦远远高于对照组(74.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论运用Ensite Velocity三维电解剖标测系统在行RFCA治疗PSVT的临床疗效较理想,且安全可靠。Objective To compare the curative effect and safety of non-X-ray fluoroscopic radiofrequency catheter ablation and conventional X-ray fluoroscopic radiofrequency catheter ablation in treating paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia by Ensite Velocity three-dimensional electroanatomical mapping system. Methods One hundred cases diagnosed as paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia in this hospital during 2014-2016 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （conventional X-ray exposure） and the experimental group（ non-X-ray exposure by three-dimensional electroanatomical mapping system）, 50 cases in each group. The operation time,X-ray exposure time,complication rate,immediate and follow-up success rate were compared between two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time between the two groups （P〈 0.05） ,but the X-ray exposure time in the experimental group I-（0.46±0.14） mini was significantly lower than that of the control group [（13.87±4.03） mini and the complication rate （0%） was also significantly lower than that of the control group （8.00%） the immediate success rate （98.00 %） was significantly was significantly decreased compared with the control group[-（0.46±0.14） min vs. （13.87±4.03）rain ] ,the complication rate was significantly lower than that in the control group（0% vs. 80%） ,the immediate success rate was significantly higher than that in the control group（98.00% vs. 84.00%）,the follow up success rate was also significantly higher than that in the control group （94.00 % vs. 74.00 %）, the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Using Ensite Velocity three-dimensional electroanatomical mapping system to conduct radiofrequency catheter ablation has an ideal clinical effect in the treatment of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia,which is safe and reliable.
