摘  要:运用电磁超声检测原理研制了一种电磁超声传感器。为了使激励电源具有多种参数可调、输出功率大等特性,高频脉冲电源使用UCC3895作为信号源,IR2110作为全桥可逆电路驱动芯片。换能器结构采用永磁式磁铁与回折型线圈组合。利用Matlab绘制了铝板中兰姆波频散曲线,通过选取合适的频厚积从而在铝板中激发特定模式的超声波。通过实验证明了该传感器在铝板中能够很好地激发出超声波并且能够接收到信号。A kind of electromagnetic acoustic transducer was developed.The exciting source has characteristics such as multi- ple adjustable and high output power by using UCC3895 for signal source.IR2110 is used for the driver IC of H-bridge inverter. The transducer use the combination of permanent magnet and serpentine coil.Lamb wave dispersion craves is drawn by MATLAB, from which could find the proper frequency-thickness. Experimental resuhs shows that the electromagnetic ac, oustic transducer have good performance in exciting ultrasonic and receiving signal.
