摘 要:介绍了一种用于微弱光信号检测的光功率计的设计原理和实现方法。该光功率计以STM32为微控制器,使用InaGaAs-PIN光电探测器来实现光电转换,利用高速对数转换器ADL5304芯片实现高精度、宽范围的光电转换。同时采用24位的模数转换器ADS1246来实现很高的测量分辨率。实际测试结果表明:该功率计测量精度高,稳定性好,其检测下限达到-90dBm,可以检测光电流为pA级别的微弱光信号。The design principle and method of weak optical power meter used for signal detection was designed. With the STM32 microcontroller, the power meter used InGaAs-PIN photodetector to achieve photoelectric conversion, the ADL5304 chip was used to achieve high accuracy and wide range of photoelectric conversion.At the same time , 24-bit ADC ADS1246 was used to achieve high measurement resolution.The actual test results show that:the power meter has high accuracy, good stability, and its detection limit reached -90dBm, photoeurrent with pA level weak optical signal can be detected.
