摘 要:基于Windows的数据采集系统界面友好,用户基础广,易于维护升级,受到业界广泛关注,但Windows系统存在实时性差、不稳定等问题,无法满足实时性要求较高的应用场景。为了解决这一问题,设计了基于RTX的实时高速数据采集系统。完成了采集板卡的硬件逻辑开发、RTX系统下的底层驱动开发、Windows系统下的用户界面开发,并对软硬件系统联合调试。经过测试验证,该设计可以实现完整的数据采集传输功能,且达到μs级的处理响应时延,可以满足实时性要求较高的应用场景。Data acquisition system based on Windows receives extensive attention in the industry due to its advantages of friendly interface, broad user base, easy to maintain and upgrade. However, Windows system exist the problem of no real-time and instability,which is unable to satisfy the real-time application scenario for the high demand. To solve the problem, a high speed and real time data acquisition system was designed based on RTX. The hardware logic of acquisition card, underlying driver based on RTX and user interface based on Windows were all completed. Hardware and software system were joint debugged, of It was verified by test, this design can achieve the function of data acquisition and transmission. Besides, the response time of this system has reached a level of microsecond, so that this system can be applied to application scenarios with demand of high real-time.
