摘  要:设计了一套空气-活性炭的声发射信号检测装置,结合经典声发射理论与现代信息处理技术,对气固两相流过程中固相的质量流率、粒径以及碰撞速度等因素做细致分析。对4.00,2.80,1.18,085,0.43 mm 5种不同粒径的活性炭颗粒分别在不同质量流率、不同碰撞速度下的声发射信号进行采样,并采用功率谱估计算法对其进行分析。实验发现碰撞速度对信号的频率影响较小,但对信号的功率强度影响较大,此外,功率谱估计的频率、面积与固相颗粒的粒径、质量流率有很好相关性,拟合出二者的相关方程并通过试验验证,得到各参数的相对误差小于5.5%。因此,采用声发射测量技术与功率谱估计相结合的方法对于气固两项流相关参数的检测是可行有效的。Combining with classical theory and modern information processing technology , mass flow rate, particle size and collision velocity of solid phase in gas-solid two-phase flow were analyzed. Acoustic emission signals of activated carbon particles with diameters over the rang of 4 ram, 2.8 mm, 1.18 mm, 0.85 mm and 0.43 mm under the different mass flow rate and different collision velocity were sampled and analyzed by power spectrum estimation. The result shows that the collision velocity has little effect on signal frequency, but great effect on the signal power strength. In addition, the frequency, area of the power spectrum estimation and solid particles size, and mass flow rate have a good correlation. Correlation equation was fit between the both and elative error of parameters is less than 5.5%. Therefore, the combination of AE and power spectrum estimation to detect parame- ters of gas-solid two-phase flow is feasible and effective.
