大学生职业选择考虑因素的比较性研究——以上海、澳门、台北为例

摘　　要：由专家给予因素权重,经层次分析法分析上海、澳门、台北三个城市的本地大学生职业选择考虑因素,环境诱因的影响皆胜过个人因素。上海本地大学生比较重视薪资福利和升迁机会,澳门本地大学生比较重视薪资福利,台北本地大学生比较重视薪资福利和工作稳定性。为解决或缓解当前现实经济问题,薪资福利的权重皆名列前茅,而社会贡献和个人兴趣往往妥协地被牺牲,这现象对一个社会来说是非常值得警惕。The factors of career choices of local college students in Shanghai, Macao and Taipei were analyzed by AHP. The influence of environmental factors was superior to individual factors. Local college students in Shanghai pay more attention to the salary, benefits and promotion opportunities. Local college students in Macao pay more attention to the salary and benefits. Local college students in Taipei pay more attention to the salary, benefits and job stability. In order to solve or alleviate the current economic pres- sures, the weight of salary and benefits are the highest, while the social contribution and personal interests are often compromised. For a society, this phenomenon is worthy of vigilance .
