摘 要:流量平衡法和负压波法相结合,是目前长输油品管道实用的泄漏监测技术,但仍然可能漏报稳态下的小泄漏和工况下产生的泄漏。文中在流量平衡法的基础上,对流量计误差产生的原因进行分析建模,改进输差的估计方法,并利用图像的方法提高识别准确性,解决了因流量计导致的稳态和工况时的漏报问题,并在原油和成品油管道上进行验证,得到了很好的效果。The combination of flowrate balance method and negative pressure wave method is more practical for leak detection of long-distance oil pipelines, but still can fall to report the small leakage in steady operation and leakage under working condition. Based on flowrate balance method, causes for the flowmeter induced error was analyzed and modeled, improving the flowrate difference estimation method, improving the detection rate by imaging processing, solving the problem of falling to report the small leakage in steady operation and leakage under working condition. This technique performs well both in crude oil and product oil pipeline, and obtains the good effect.
