摘 要:为了解矿同煤集团华盛虎峰煤业2号层左8105工作面,复合型顶板破碎严重,煤层倾角变大,煤层赋存条件复杂,伪顶变厚且留顶困难,矿压显现剧烈,为此摸索出一套安全托伪顶开采工艺,最大程度实现安全高效生产,提高生产经济效益,具有重要意义。本文结合现场生产实际情况,阐述了在复杂地质条件下,高档普采工作面托伪顶开采的必要性,介绍了管理复合型顶板的成功经验和做法及生产过程中遇到的问题及处理措施,对矿井同类地质条件下提高煤炭回收及取得安全与经济效益具有推广使用的价值。In order to solved shenghu 2# coal mine, compound and roof, roof breakage was serious, coal seam became large and complex, top remaining difficulties become false roof, mine pressure severe appearance. To find out a set of safety false top, achieve the safety and high efficiency production, improve economic benefit, has the vital significance. In this paper, combined with the actual situation of the production site,described in the complex geological conditions, mine supporting the necessity of false roof mining, introduces the problems and treatment measures in management of compound roof of successful experiences and practices and in the process of production, the mine with similar geological conditions to improve coal recovery and has popularization and use the value obtained safety and economic benefit.
