摘 要:搭建了管束的冲蚀磨损实验台,并通过Fluent软件验证了气固两相流的均匀性。通过对3组不同硬度的靶材圆管(PVC管、电木管、304不锈钢管)进行磨损试验研究,得到各工况下的靶材的磨损量。通过Matlab软件对实验数据进行线性拟合,最终得到磨损量关于颗粒的流速、硬度、浓度、粒径等因素的关联式。对关联式的理论分析可知,在低流速下,浓度对于磨损量的影响不明显,达到一定流速时,浓度的影响才开始急剧增大。在一定条件下,为确保换热管束在冲蚀磨损下的可靠性,存在一个极限流速。研究给出了极限流速与浓度的关系曲线,为工业上烟气流速的选择提供了参考。The experimental device has been set up and the uniformity of gas-solid two phase flow has been verified by Fluent software. Based on the experiment results of three kinds of targets with different hardnesses (PVC tube, bakelite tube and 304 stainless steel tube), erosion loss of targets has been obtained. The correlation between erosion rate and the factors such as velocity,hardness, concentration, particle size was obtained by Matlab multiple linear fitting based on the experimental data. The correlation can be used to predict the erosion of heat exchanger bundles in tail flue. The influence of the concentration on the erosion rate is not obvious at low velocity, however, the effect increases sharply when the gas velocity reaches a certain value. In order to ensure the reliability of tube bundle under the erosion, the choice of flue gas velocity is important. There exists a limited velocity. Experimental results in this paper provide a reference for the selection of flue gas velocitv in industry.
