摘  要:脱硝装置顶盖烟道紧邻催化剂层,其流场分布均匀性对脱硝效率及催化剂使用寿命有着关键影响。为改善某350 MW机组配套脱硝装置流场性能,对脱硝装置顶盖烟道外形和导流部件进行了模拟优化设计,并通过速度云图及相对均方差值进行定性及定量分析。对本机组脱硝装置的研究表明:顶盖烟道的楔型外形要优于矩形外形,圆弧形导流板要优于斜角形导流板,防磨构件能有效改善顶盖烟道顶板壁面流场。The roof duct is adjacent to the catalyst layer, the flow field uniformity of the duct has a key effect on the denitration efficiency and the catalyst service life. In order to optimize the internal flow field of selective catalytic reduction denitrification system for a 350 MW coal- fired power plant, the roof duct profile and deflector form were simulated by qualitative and quantitative analyses with velocity contour and root mean square. Results of the research show that the wedge shape of the roof duct is better than the rectangular shape, the circular curved deflector is better than the diagonal deflector, and the anti-friction angle iron can effectively improve the flow field at the surface of the roof duct.
