摘　　要：控制管道质量和安装施工质量是预应力钢筒混凝土管道(PCCP)输调水工程的重点工作,文中着重论述了该种管道安装施工过程在管道进场、管基处理、管节吊装、接口处理、管沟回填等方面的质量控制。To control the pipe quality and installation construction quality is emphatic work to build a water delivery project using the prestressed concrete cylinder pipe（PCCP）.The paper emphatically represents the quality control in the control process to install this kind pipe from following aspects：transproting PCCP into the construction site,treating the pipe base,hoisting the PCCP,disposing joint and backfilling the pipe trench.
