苗木蘸根保湿剂的研制与应用

摘　　要：苗木蘸根保湿剂主要是针对苗木在调运时的根系失水问题研制的,蘸根后的苗木在长途调运时,保湿剂会紧紧包裹在根系周围,在根系与大气间形成隔离层,通过隔离降低了根系吸收氧气的量,减少根系的呼吸消耗,减慢了根系向大气散失水分的速度;运输过程中,减少的水分和营养物质由吸足水的植物粉末提供,保证运输过程毛细根不会干枯死亡。在苹果幼苗树上应用,结果显示:使用蘸根保湿剂成活率较对照高10.3个百分点,比泥浆蘸根高7.6个百分点。同时,其新梢生长量显著高于对照和泥浆蘸根。表明应用苗木蘸根保湿剂可明显提高栽植成活率,促进新生枝条的生长。The development of seedling dipped in root moisturizing agent mainly aimed at water loss problem in the seedling allocation process.The seedlings after dipping root in long distance transportation,the moisturizing a- gent will be wrapped tightly around the root,and isolation layer was formed between the root system and atmo- ／ sphere.That could reduce the amount of the root system to absorb oxygen,reduce the waste of root respiration, slow down the speed of root water loss into the atmosphere through the isolation.In the process of transportation, the reducing water and nutrients were provided by the plant powders that absorb enough water,and ensured that the capillary root does not die during transportation.It could obviously increase the survival rate and promote the growth of new shoots that was used in the apple tree.
