摘  要:[目的]Aux/IAA是重要的蛋白质转录因子,广泛参与植物生长素介导的应答作用,同时参与植物的胁迫和防御响应。本文通过分析Aux/IAA家族基因在干旱胁迫中的表达情况,探索谷子抗旱与Aux/IAA家族基因的关系。[方法]本文对谷子Aux/IAA家族基因理化性质、蛋白亲疏水性、启动子功能元件等进行生物信息学分析,并对抗旱(GG)和干旱敏感(JF16)谷子品种在浇水和干旱胁迫下基因的表达谱数据进行分析。[结果]谷子Aux/IAA家族基因均含有多个与胁迫相关的功能元件,且5个基因编码的蛋白均为亲水性蛋白;干旱胁迫处理后,GG和JF16中5个基因的表达变化趋势有所不同,Seita.5G126200、Seita.1G028400、Seita.3G109400表达量均下调,Seita.1G356800基因的表达量明显上调。[结论]谷子Aux/IAA家族基因参与调控谷子干旱胁迫,其调控过程比较复杂,可作为参与谷子抗旱的候选基因。本研究结果为进一步探究谷子中Aux/IAA与抗旱机制提供一定理论依据。[Objective]Aux/IAA is an important transcription factor protein.It is widely involved in plant auxin-mediated response,plant stress and defense response.The relationship between drought resistance and Aux/IAAfamily members was studied by analyzing the expression of Aux/IAAfamily members under drought stress in foxtail millet.[Methods]The bioinformatics analysis was carried out on the physicochemical properties,protein hydrophobicity and cis-acting elements of the Aux/IAAfamily members in foxtail millet.Then we analyzed the expression of Aux/IAA family members under drought stress.[Results]The result showed that there were a number of stress-related functional elements in the Aux/IAAfamily members in foxtail millet,and the proteins they code were all hydrophilic.The expression levels of genes were significantly different between drought-tolerant and drought-sensitive varieties under drought stress.The expression levels of Seita1.5G126200,Seita.1G028400 and Seita.3G109400 were down-regulated,whereas the expression level of Seita.1G356800 gene was significantly up-regulated.[Conclusion]The Aux/IAA family members in foxtail millet are involved in the regulation of millet drought stress,and the process of regulation is a complex process.Some of them could also be used as candidate genes for drought tolerance in foxtail millet.Theseresult provide a theoretical basis for further study of the mechanism of the relationship between the Aux/IAA and drought tolerance in foxtail millet.
