摘  要:根据二盘区西翼煤柱综采工作面实际地质情况,该采区共有9条空巷与工作面平行或交叉,有3处超高段高度达到5 m以上,为开采带来了很大的难度。为了安全高效并且最大限度的回收煤炭资源,该矿以二盘区西翼煤柱综采工作面为背景,对超高段支护方法、过空巷开采工艺等关键技术进行了研究分析,采用了架棚支护和搭顶铺底过空巷等技术手段,结果表明,该方法能够满足超高段巷道支护要求及综采工作面空巷开采的要求,为今后相似工作面过空巷及超高段支护提供了可靠的理论依据和实践基础。Based on actual geological conditions of fully mechanized coal mining face in the west wing of the second plate area, there were nine empty and parallel faces or crossings in mining area and three super high heights were above five meters, which brought great difficulty to mining. In order to achieve maximum recovery of coal resources safely and efficiently, fully mechanized coal mining face in two district West Wing coal pillar was taken as background. Key techniques of ultra high section support method and crossing gob mining technology were studied and analyzed, as well as adopting techniques of shed support and taking the top bottom crossing gob etc. The results showed that the method could meet requirements of extra-high roadway support and mining of fully mechanized coal mining face in the future, which provided a reliable theoretical basis and practical basis for similar conditions.
