子痫前期孕妇Tei指数的超声评价及其与内皮损伤、高血压程度的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨子痫前期孕妇Tei指数的超声评价及其与内皮损伤、高血压程度的相关性。方法:选择在本院接受治疗的子痫前期患者98例,分为轻度子痫前期组(n=62)、重度子痫前期组(n=36),另取同期在本院进行产检的正常孕妇50例作为正常对照组。对比三组孕妇的超声Tei指数,血清内皮损伤指标及高血压相关指标水平差异,进一步评估子痫前期孕妇Tei指数与内皮损伤、高血压程度的相关关系。结果:轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组的Tei指数水平均高于正常对照组,重度子痫前期组的Tei指数水平高于轻度子痫前期组(P<0.05)。轻度子痫前期组、重度子痫前期组血清中VEGF的含量低于正常对照组,sFlt-1、MMP-1、PAR-1的含量高于正常对照组,24hSBP、24hDBP、dSBP、dDBP、nSBP、nDBP水平高于正常对照组,且重度子痫前期组的上述指标改变程度高于轻度子痫前期组(P<0.05)。经Pearson检验发现,子痫前期孕妇Tei指数水平与内皮损伤、高血压程度呈直接相关关系。结论:子痫前期孕妇Tei指数增高,且其水平与患者内皮损伤、高血压程度直接相关。Objective：To study the Tei index in preeclampsia Pregnant women and its relationship with endothelial injury、Hypertension level.Methods：98cases of preeclampsia pregnant women in our hospital during May 2014 to July 2016 were divided into mild preeclampsia group（n=62）,severe preeclampsia group（n=36）,another 50 cases of normal pregnant women in our hospital were selected as normal control group.Three groups of pregnant women with ultrasound Tei index,serum endothelial injury index and the level of hypertension related indicators were compared.Relationship between Tei index and endothelial damage,degree of hypertension in preeclampsia pregnant women were evacuated by Pearson test.Results：The Tei index in mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia group was higher than that in normal control group,and the Tei index in severe preeclampsia group was higher than that inmild preeclampsia group（P〈0.05）.Serum contents of VEGF in mild preeclampsia group and severe preeclampsia groupwas lower than that in the normal control group,sFlt-1,MMP-1,PAR-1were higher than those in normal control group,24 hSBP,24hDBP,dSBP,dDBP,nSBP,nDBP level were higher than those in normal control group,the indexes change degree in severe preeclampsia group were higher than those in mild preeclampsia group（P〈0.05）.The Pearson test showed that the Tei index of preeclampsia pregnant women was directly related to the degree of endothelial injury and hypertension.Conclusion：the Tei index of preeclampsia pregnant women is higher,and its level is directly related to endothelial dysfunction and hypertension.
