紫荆花色素对亚麻织物染色工艺研究

摘　　要：通过柠檬酸浸提法提取紫荆花色素用于亚麻织物的染色,研究了染色工艺条件对亚麻织物染色效果的影响。研究表明,最佳染色工艺条件:染色时间60 min,染色温度80℃,氯化钠用量20 g/L;染色亚麻织物的耐摩擦色牢度达到了4~5级以上,但耐水洗色牢度较差,有待于进一步研究。The pigment from Chinese redbud was extracted by citric acid extraction for linen fabric dyeing. The dyeing conditions impacting on the linen fabric dyeing effects were researched. The optimum dyeing conditions were as follows： dyeing time 60 min, dyeing temperature 80℃ and sodium chloride 20 g/L. In addition, the color fastness to rubbing of the dyed samples was above 4-5 grade, but the color fastness to washing was poor and should be further in- vestigated.
