摘　　要：甲基膦酸二甲酯(DMMP)作为阻燃剂,无甲醛、不含卤素并且价格低廉。研究甲基膦酸二甲酯阻燃剂整理棉织物的最佳工艺参数。对甲基膦酸二甲酯阻燃剂处理过的棉织物进行极限氧指数测试,分析各因素对工艺的影响,确定最佳工艺为:阻燃剂质量浓度300 g/L,p H=9,浸渍温度80℃,浸渍时间60 min,焙烘时间3 min。经过耐久性测试发现,织物最大水洗次数为13次。This paper is about dimethyl methanephosphonate （DMMP） as a flame retardant, which is without formal- dehyde and halogen as well as free. The optimum parameters of dimethyl methylphosphonate retardant effect on cotton fabrics is mainly studied. Limiting oxygen index test is carried out by passing through dimethyl methylphosphonate retardant treated cotton fabric. The influences of various factors on the process were analyzed and the best process was determined： the concentration of the flame retardant 300 g/L, pH=9, dipping at 80℃ for 60 min and baking for 3 min. After the durability test, the maximum washing time is 13 times.
