摘 要:目的:为了实现卷染机多单元同步智能化控制,稳定织物传送速度和张力,确保卷染机系统具有更好的性能。方法:首先,以三单元传动系统详细分析了控制系统的组成,确定了卷染机系统的控制目标;然后,对卷染机的总体控制方法进行了设计,提出了一种基于PLC和触摸屏的控制系统,对控制系统的硬件进行了设计。在硬件结构基础上设计了PLC软件和触摸屏人机界面并给出了界面仿真模拟运行结果。结果:该控制系统设计合理,结构简单,性能稳定,便于后期维护调试和升级。结论:该系统实现了卷染机多单元同步智能控制,大大提高了卷染机自动化程度,提升了卷染系统的性能。Objective: in order to realize the multi-unit synchronous intelligent control of the dyeing machine, stabilize the transmission speed and tension of the fabric, and ensure that the coiling machine system has better performance. Firstly, the composition of the control system was analyzed in detail with three unit transmission system, and the control target of the coiling machine system was determined. Then the overall control method of the coil dyeing machine was designed, a control system based on PLC and touch screen was presented, and the hardware of the control system was designed. Based on the hardware structure, the PLC software and touch screen man-machine interface were designed, and the simulation results of interface are given. The control system was reasonably designed, simple in structure and stable in performance, and facilitates debugging and upgrading of later maintenance. The system realized the multi unit synchronous intelligent control of the dyeing machine, greatly improves the automation degree of the dyeing machine, and improves the performance of the dyeing system.
