摘 要:为确定杨村煤矿与田庄煤矿井田边界安全隔水煤柱宽度,提出了以混凝土防水隔离柱取代部分煤柱,构成小煤柱与混凝土防水隔离柱相结合的边界隔水结构,采用FLAC^(3D)软件对比分析了其与全小煤柱隔水结构在矿压与水压作用下的力学状态,对有效隔水的煤柱宽度临界尺寸进行了优化研究。研究结果表明:小煤柱与混凝土防水隔离柱相结合的边界隔水结构小煤柱宽度为2.5 m,隔离柱宽度为2.5 m;而整体为煤柱隔水结构中,其最大垂直应力在采空区侧煤柱深部1.5 m处,大小为原岩应力的2.3倍,有效隔水的弹性区宽度约为1.0 m,与理论计算结果基本一致,小煤柱与混凝土防水隔离柱组合隔水结构中,最大垂直应力在隔离柱深部0.5 m处,为原岩应力的3.2倍,有效隔水的弹性区宽度约为3 m,隔水安全性更高。In order to define the water-proof coal pillar width of mining border between Yangcun Mine and Tianzhuang Mine,this paper proposed that a part of coal pillar was replaced by concrete water-proof partition pillar,constituting the boundary water-proof structure composed of narrow coal pillar and concrete water-proof partition pillar.This paper analyzed condition of the combined structure and pure coal pillar structure under underground pressure and water pressure by FLAC^(3D) software,and studied critical size of pillar for resisting water effectively.The result showed that the width of coal pillar was 2.5 m and the width of concrete water-proof partition was 2.5 m for the boundary water-proof structure composed of narrow coal pillar and concrete water-proof partition.The maximum vertical pressure wasin the 1.5 m depth of the coal pillar beside the goaf and 2.3 times larger than original rock stress in pure coal pillar structure.Elastic area width of the pure coal pillar for resisting water effectively is 1.0 m,agreeing with the theoretic result. The maximum vertical pressure was in the 0.5 m depth of the concrete water-proof partition pillar and 3.2 times larger than original rock stress in combined structure composed of the narrow coal pillar and concrete water-proof partition pillar.Elastic area width of the structure was 3 m,providing higher security.
