摘 要:为了降低煤粉生产、配送和燃烧过程中的碳排放量,基于碳交易机制,以一个煤粉厂、多个配送中心、多个热源厂和客户组成的煤粉物流网络为研究背景,研究煤粉物流网络中配送中心选址和各企业的碳减排决策问题。首先,以热源厂的利润最大化为目标建立了碳减排和订货的联合决策模型,求解出热源厂的煤粉订货量和碳减排量;其次,煤粉厂根据热源厂的订货决策,在考虑了碳减排决策的情况下,以利润最大化为目标建立了整数规划模型;然后,利用拉格朗日松弛法对该模型进行了求解,确定了配送中心的开设位置以及煤粉厂在生产环节的碳减排量;最后,给出算例验证了整数规划模型的有效性和可行性。In order to reduce carbon emissions in the process of pulverized coal production,distribution and combustion,the design problem of pulverized coal logistics network consisting of a pulverized coal plant,some heat source plants and distribution centers is considered based on carbon trading mechanism in this paper. Firstly,targeting at the maximum of heat source plants' profit,the model is formulated to obtain heat source plants' optimal decisions which contain its' pulverized coal order quantity and carbon reduction quantity. Secondly,in light of the decisions made by heat source plants,taking the carbon trading and environmental protection investment into account,the integer programming model is established,which targets at the maximum of pulverized coal plant's profit. Then distribution centers' location and the carbon reduction quantity of pulverized coal plant are obtained by means of Lagrangian Relaxation Algorithm. Finally,through the analysis of experimental data,we verifie the feasibility and validity of the proposed model.
