摘　　要：【摘要】目的评价乌司他丁预先给约对CPB下二尖瓣置换术患者心肌损伤时内质网应激的影响。方法择期CPB下二尖瓣置换术患者100例，性别不限，年龄35～64岁，体重40～80kg，心功能和ASA分级Ⅱ或Ⅲ级，采用随机数字表法分为2组（n=50）：乌司他丁预先给药组（UP组）和生理盐水对照组（NS组）。UP组于切皮前给予乌司他丁0．5×104U／kg微撼泵静脉输注，NS组给予等量生理盐水微量泵静脉输注，均在1h内输注完毕，每4h再重复给药1次，直至术毕。Objective To evaluate the effect of ulinastalin pretreatment on endoplasmie reticulum stress during myocardial injury in the patients undergoing mitral valve replacement （MVR） with eardinpul- monary bypass （CPB）. Methods One hundred patients of both sexes, aged 35-64 yr, weighing 40-80 kg, of American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status II or III （ New York Heart Association II or III ）, scheduled fnr elective MVR with CPB, were divided into ulinastatin pretreatment group （ UP group, n=50） and normal saline control group （NS group, n = 50） using a random number table. Ulinastatin 0.5× 104 U/kg was intravenously infused over 1 h before skin incision, and administration was repeated ev- ery 4 h until the end of operation in group UP, while the equal volume of normal saline was given instead in group NS.
