摘　　要：简述了沉淀法白炭黑的生产工艺,介绍了生产过程中可能带来的环保问题以及对策。通过硫酸的安全使用、过滤洗涤液的蒸发处理、改性副产品的沉淀处理以及锅炉尾气的吸附净化等措施,杜绝了沉淀法白炭黑生产过程中可能出现的环保问题。The production process of precipitated silica is elaborated. The environmental protection problems and countermea suresduring production process are introduced. Through safe use of sulfate, evaporation treatment of filtering washing liquid, precipitation of modified by-product, adsorption and purification of boiler exhaust and other measures, the environmental proh lem of precipitated silica in production process is eliminated.
