摘　　要：针对风险投资后管理现状,构建了投资后管理强度评价体系,以山西省内较优秀的一个风险投资企业——山西省科技投资有限公司为例,以其投资的5个项目的投资后管理内容入手,探讨投资后管理工作的开展如何能够更加有效。经过专家评分分别得出5个项目投资后管理的不同强度,得到风险投资后管理工作应根据创业企业的规模不同、参股比例不同,有侧重地开展工作,才能更加有效能。The evaluation system of investment management strength is established. Taking one of the best risk investment enterprises Shanxi science and Technology Investment Co., Ltd. as an example, starting from management eontent of 5 projects after the investment as the object of study, this paper explores how to effectively conduct the management after investment. After expert scoring,different management strength for 5 projects ＇after investment are gained. The management work should be emphatically conducted based on enterprise seale, equity proportion, which can be more effective.
