摘 要:研究了十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)对常规工艺电积锌晶体结构及形貌的影响。对电积锌产物进行SEM表征,考察了SDS作用机制及影响效果。结果表明,SDS添加剂对锌结晶生长取向有一定控制作用:SDS用量小于50mg/L时,电积锌产物表现为细化锌晶粒;SDS用量在50~80mg/L之间时,SDS开始改变电积锌晶体基本结构和聚集形态;而SDS用量大于80mg/L后,SDS会大幅度改变电积锌晶体结构,使之转变为片晶并相互交叉生长为网格状结构。The effects of electrolytic additive sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) on electrolytic zinc crystal structure and morphology were studied by conventional electrolysis process. The electrolytic product was characterized by SEM. The roles of SDS additive was analyzed. The experimental results show that SDS additive has certain effect on forming of zinc crystals. When SDS concentration is less than 50 mg/L,it mainly affects the zinc grain fineness. When SDS concentration is in the range of 50- 80 mg/L,the basic structure and aggregation of the zinc product will be changed to the bulk crystalline. When SDS concentration is more than 80 mg/L, the zinc crystal structure will change and convert to schistose and net structure.
