摘　　要：就医期望是居民就医需求和愿望的反映,是医院管理、卫生服务供给、卫生政策制定的重要参考依据。通过对国内外相关文献的回顾,从概念内涵、研究内容、测量评价、影响因素等方面对患者就医期望的研究现状及进展进行阐述,并分析现有研究的问题和不足,以期为以后的相关研究提供参考借鉴。Patients＇ expectations are an important index for hospital management, health policy formulation and the supply of health service. The article reviews the existing literature on patients＇ expectations and draws attention to the specialty fields, such as concept, content, measurement and the influence factors of the patients＇ expectations. The article outlines potential problems and deficiencies in the existing research to provide references for the future research.
