室所生产管理系统研究——以站场室为例

摘　　要：室所是组织生产的基本单位,当前各室所承担的生产任务越来越多,然而大多数室所普遍缺乏高效的管理工具。针对这种情况,分析了影响生产管理效率的原因,研究提高管理效率的方法,并开发了站场室生产管理系统,系统在实际生产管理中取得了良好效果。Department is the basic unit of organization production.Now more and more production tasks are undertaken by the department,but most of the rooms generally lack efficient management tools.In view of this situation,the influence factors of the efficiency of production management are analyzed,methods to improve the efficiency of management are researched,and the station department production management system is developed in this paper.The system achieved good results in the actual production management.
