摘 要:研究了电絮凝法用于洗煤废水处理。在连续流的运行条件下,研究考察了水力停留时间、极板间距和数量、电流以及进水浓度等因素对电絮凝处理废水效果影响。实验结果表明:水力停留时间15 min、极板间距1 cm和极板数量24块、电流为15 A以及pH=7.5条件下,能够有较好的处理效果,进水悬浮固体(SS)为300 mg/L时,SS去除率达85%以上,出水SS为40 mg/L、浊度为2.2 NTU。Electro-coagulation method has been proposed to be applied to the treatment of coal washing wastewater in form of continuous flow,and the influences of the factors,such as different HRT,distance between the electrode plates,and the number of electrode plates,current,influent concentration,etc. on the wastewater treatment have been studied and investigated. The experimental results show that when the parameter conditions are as follows:HRT is 15 min,distance between plates 1 cm,the number of plates 24,current 15 A,pH=7.5,better treatment effects can be obtained. When the influent initial suspended solids(SS)about 300 mg/L,the SS removing rate reaches 85% above,the effluent SS is 40 mg/L,turbidity 2.2 NTU.
