CT引导下^(125)I粒子植入治疗胸腹部实体肿瘤的临床应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨CT引导下^(125)I粒子植入治疗胸腹部实体肿瘤的临床应用效果。方法:回顾性分析40例胸腹部实体肿瘤患者,其中胸部肿瘤组22例,腹部肿瘤组18例,两组患者均采取CT引导下^(125)I粒子植入术治疗,并对两组患者的治疗效果及治疗前后病灶直径变化进行分析。结果:胸部肿瘤组患者的治疗总有效率为86.36%,腹部肿瘤组患者的治疗总有效率为88.89%;胸部肿瘤组与腹部肿瘤组治疗前后的病灶的平均直径的差异有显著性(P<0.05),且治疗后均小于治疗前。结论:CT引导下^(125)I粒子植入治疗胸腹部实体肿瘤具有显著的临床价值,该治疗模式值得在临床实践的过程中大力借鉴和推广。Objective： To study the clinical application of 125I implantation for treating thoracico-abdominal solid tumor under CT guidance. Methods： Forty patients of thoracico-abdominal solid tumor,there were 22 cases of thoracico solid tumor and 18 cases of abdominal solid tumor. Two groups of patients received the treatment of implanted 125I radioactive particles under CT guidance, then observing therapeutic effects and compare the size of the lesion before and after the treatment. Result： The overall effective rate is 86.36% and 88.89% for these two groups respectively. There was significant differences on the size of these two groups of patients between before and after the treatment（P〈 0.05）, and the average diameter of the lesion decreased after treatment. Conclusion：125I implantation under CT guidance has significant clinical value for treating thoracico-abdominal solid tumor, this method can be used in clinical practice.
