低剂量扫描在螺旋CT(64排)头颈动脉成像中的应用

摘　　要：目的:分析观察低剂量扫描在螺旋CT(64排)头颈动脉成像中的应用效果。方法:对照组患者采用常规螺旋CT(64排)扫描,观察组患者采用低剂量扫描。结果:观察组的有效辐射剂量明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在采用螺旋CT(64排)头颈动脉扫描时,采用低剂量扫描方式,可以降低头颈动脉CT造影中的有效辐射剂量。Objective： To study the effects of low dose spiral CT scanning（64 Rows） in the application of head and neck ar tery imaging. Methods： The patients in the control group used conventional spiral CT scan（64 Row）, the observation group were treated by low dose scanning. Results：The effective radiation dose in observation group was significantly lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion： In the spiral CT scan of head and neck artery（64 Row）, the low dose scanning mode, can reduce the effective radiation dose of head and neck artery CT angiography.
