摘　　要：目的:探究低场MRI在肩袖损伤诊断中的临床意义。方法:将本院收治的28例肩袖急性损伤患者与18例肩袖慢性损伤患者作为研究对象,其入院时间均在2015年1月至2017年1月期间,给予患者低场MRI进行检查诊断,将其诊断结果同常规手术或关节镜等病理结果进行比较。结果:低场MRI诊断的肩袖急性损伤检出率以及肩袖慢性损伤阳性率与病理诊断比较,P>0.05。结论:低场MRI在诊断肩袖损伤中的应用价值较高,值得在今后临床中广泛应用。Objective： To explore the low field MRI in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury clinical significance. Methods： We treated 28 cases of rotator cuff and 18 patients with acute injury of rotator cuff in patients with chronic injury as the research object, its admission time all from January 2015 to January 2017, inspection diagnosis for patients with low field MRI, the diagnosis results with conventional surgery or arthroscopy and pathological results were compared. Results： Detection rate of low field MRI in the diagnosis of rotator cuff acute injury and chronic injury rate of rotator cuff compared with pathological diagnosis, P〉 0.05. Conclusion： The application of low field MRI in the diagnosis of rotator cuff injury value is higher, is worth in the future are widely used in clinical.
