摘　　要：剖层加工是皮革加工过程的一个重要工序,如果处理不好,会严重影响皮革的加工质量。因此,首先从工作原理出发,说明剖层机关键零部件的重要性,再从液压剖层机关键零部件的调试方法,说明如何正确调节液压剖层机。并应在以后的皮革加工中注意机器的调节问题,正确使用现代制革设备。Splitting is an important operation in leather industry. If mishandled,it will affect the processing quality of the leather seriously. Therefore,starting from the working principle,the importance of the key parts of the splitting machine was shown; then,how to properly adjust the hydraulic splitting machine was shown by the adjusting method of the key parts of the splitting machine. And in the future leather processing,the adjustment problem of the machine should be pay attention to use modern leather processing machine correctly.
