摘  要:从减小切削力、切削热等方面探索细长轴的车加工:设计活动顶尖,适应细长轴受热伸长需要,避免热变形;设计简易套螺纹板牙工装,加工螺纹,提高螺纹加工质量;采用三爪滚珠接触跟刀架,使零件上、下、左、右移动受到限制,只能绕轴线旋转,减小车削振动和零件变形;选择合理的切削参数,设计合理的刀具参数,调整车床精度。From reducing cutting force and cutting heat,slender shaft machining was explored. An activity top was designed,to meet the need of heated elongation of slender shaft and to avoid thermal deformation. A set of simple thread die tooling was designed,to improve the quality of screw thread processing. Three jaw ball was contacted with the rest,then parts move was restricted,it only could rotate around the axis,reducing the cutting vibration and deformation. Rational cutting parameters were chosen,reasonable cutting tool parameters were designed,the precision of lathe was adjusted.
