摘 要:为优化反应堆压力容器(RPV)辐照监督管支承定位结构(胀套)设计,使其能够完成定位功能,并便于安装和拆卸,使用有限元软件(MSC.Marc)对结构进行数值模拟,得到该结构在安装、拆卸和工作状态下的应力、变形分布情况,并求得胀套结构与保护套筒之间的径向定位回弹力以及垂直方向插入和拔出力。分析中考虑了弹塑性材料、接触和大变形等非线性因素。通过对比,计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,证明方法可行,同时也表明胀套结构能够满足预紧功能要求。To meet the locating design requirements, the design of ISC for Reactor Pressure Vessel locating structure (Stretch Sleeve)is optimized for the convenience of installing and disassembling. The processes of inserting, working and withdrawing of the stretch sleeve are simulated with FEA software (MSC. Marc) to obtain the distribution of the stress and deformation. The radial rebound force between the stretch sleeve and protection sleeve, vertical inserting and withdrawing forces are also obtained in the simulation. The Elastic-plastic material properties, contact and large deformation are cortsidered in the simulation. The results from simulation and experiments are matched well and the analysis methods are verified. All the researches above prove that the functional requirements of stretch sleeve can be met.
