摘　　要：基于在研国家标准《信息技术云计算云服务运营通用要求》,详细解读云服务运营的总体框架以及对人员、流程、技术和资源等内部要素的理解;阐述如何参考《通用要求》标准对开发和提供云服务的组织的能力进行评价,以及国内依据《通用要求》标准开展云服务能力测评的情况。This paper introduces national standard ＂Information technology-Cloud computing-General operational requirements＂ of cloud service, We give the emphasis explanations on the operation of the cloud services framework and its internal characteristics, such as people, process, technology and resource. At the same time, this paper puts forward a brief introduction on how to refer to this standard to implement the cloud service testing and evaluation of the ability of cloud services providers.
