摘　　要：目的:揭示健康管理领域的研究现状、研究热点的时间分布、类型、研究领域高影响力作者与作者间合作情况,为日后相关研究的发展提供理论依据。方法:利用文献计量学、共词分析、聚类分析等研究方法,采用可视化手段,对健康管理相关研究进行分析。结果:近10年来,健康管理研究领域较为关注慢性病的预防、保健和社区卫生服务条件的建设与改革;作者研究团体之间合作的合作力度不大,学科整体的合作氛围不强,更多的处于独自研究状态中。结论:健康管理领域的研究在国内愈发成熟,受到更多的关注与重视,对于构建行业统一的健康管理服务模式和路径有待进一步研究。Objective To analyze the research status and the hot fields of the time distribution, types, high influence authors and author cooperation, so as to provide a theoretical basis for the development of the related research. Methods Using the methods of bibliometry, co - word analysis, cluster analysis, the researches of health management were analyzed by visualization methods. Resuhs In the past 10 years, the construction and reform of health management research paid more attention to chronic disease pre- vention, health care and community health service conditions; the overall atmosphere of author cooperation and discipline is not strong, and the more researches were independent. Conclusion More and more attention has been paid to the research of health management in china. There need a further study for the construction of a unified health management service model and path.
