摘　　要：目的:了解中医医院在经济绩效管理考核中的现状。方法:选取6所具有代表性的省级中医医院2013~2015年的数据进行整理归纳,采用描述性分析对中医医院的经济管理指标进行实证研究。结果:6所省级中医医院的门急诊次均费用有所上升,药占比情况下降(中草、中成药占比波动幅度在2%左右)、财务风险控制和中医医院监测指标总体完成情况良好,但节能降耗尚有进一步提升空间。结论:在新医改的背景下,中医医院经济管理指标突显了医院特色。中医医院在未来管理过程中应医管分开,引进评价机制并完善医院管理信息系统。Objective To investigate status of the economic operation of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals. Methods Col- lecting data of six representative provincial hospital of traditional Chinese medicine for 2013 -2015, and using descriptive analysis to verify the TCM hospital economic management index. Results For six provincial Chinese medicine hospitals, the outpatient ex- penditure has increased, and the percentage of drug expenditure bad decreased（ Chinese medicinal herb and Chinese patent drug accounting for about 2% of the volatility） , While the Financial risk control index and Monitoring index of traditional Chinese medi- cine hospital are in good condition. But, the energy saving have a room to enhance in the future. Conclusion Under the new health care reform background, Hospital of economic management indicators reflect the characteristics of Chinese medicine hospitals, the way of government and medical in TCM hospitals should be separated in the future, The evaluation mechanism should be introduced and TCM hospitals should improve the management information system.
