摘　　要：目前全国各地采用的医疗纠纷人民调解机制取得了一定成效,但医疗纠纷依然高居不下。从协同治理角度完善现有的医疗纠纷调解机制为医疗纠纷的有效化解提供了新的思路。将医疗纠纷人民调解纳入法制化轨道,充分利用联席会议机制,通过建立案例数据库来分析医疗纠纷,健全医疗纠纷调赔结合的工作机制,以建立多元主体协同合作的医疗纠纷调解机制。Although the people＇ s mediation mechanism has made some achievement on medical disputes in China, the a- mount of medical disputes still kept increasing. A new idea of improving the mediation mechanism of medical disputes in the per- spective of synergistic governance was put forward to effectively solve this problem, which will bring the people＇ s mediation mech- anism of medical disputes into the legal track, make full use of the joint conference mechanism, analyze medical disputes by es- tablishing case database, perfect the working mechanism of combining mediation with compensation, and develop the multiple - subject collaborated mediation mechanism.
